Fluffy French Toast

Ingredients
100g plain flour
200ml plant milk (preferably oat or soy)
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 slices of wholemeal bloomer bread (better if at least a day old)
2 tbsp of oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until smooth.
Heat the pan on a medium heat with oil.
Soak the bread in the mixture on both sides.
Add to pan and cook on each side for a few minutes or until is perfectly browned.
Repeat process.
Finally, finish with your favourite toppings, sauces and fruit. I went for banana with a homemade chocolate ganache.
